I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is superb, close to the main shops and the Mohamed Naguib metro station, making it convenient for exploring. The service was top-notch, with a warm welcome from the manager Abed Al Aziz and the receptionists Marina and Dina, who always greeted me with a friendly smile. The room service and front office team, especially Ayah the manager, made my stay truly comfortable. However, the dining experience could have been better with more diverse options.
